Company Policies
1. Respect the sponsor–downline structure; unethical behavior may result in termination.
2. Fraud cases will receive one official notice before termination; serious matters may result in legal action.
3. All official materials (presentation, plan, product details) will be provided only by the company.
4. All product formulas, designs, packaging, and branding are the exclusive property of BIOR Global E-Commerce.
5. Copying, selling, or promoting duplicate products will lead to strict legal action.
6. The company is not responsible for any loss caused by depositing money into unofficial accounts.
7. Selling training passes, taking investments, or inviting people for jobs in the company’s name is strictly prohibited.
8. Complaints must be sent to Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery.
9. Shipping costs for invalid return claims may be charged to the customer.
10. Distributors must use ethical practices and cannot make false income claims.
11. Sharing customer or distributor data without permission is strictly prohibited.
12. The company may update the marketing plan, pricing, or business model at any time.
